Oamenii trebuie sa se laude cu Munca/Proiectele voastre. Nu este tot timpul eficienta mentalitatea confirm careia, daca realizati un lucru, oamenii vor deveni interesati de el...Un lucru bine facut este mult mai important. Dar trebuie, de asemenea, sa va faceti Publicitate, sa strangeti MARTURII, si sa creati AGITATIE in mod constient.<br />

Daca ne gandim la marii oameni de afaceri, acestia sunt niste branduri pana la sfarsit. Cel mai mare pacat al Brandului Personal este: Risipa de Energie! cel mai bine este sa incepem cu sfaturile ca la vorba lunga suntem toti buni. ca sa nu ne pierdem in detalii, pentru ca de la inceput intrebarea este "ce e de facut?" la asta vom raspunde:<br />

1. Participa la un curs buna de management al timpului<br />
2. Consultati un "consilier" de management al timpului la fiecare 3 luni<br />
3. Alcatuiti o lista cu ceea ce ati facut in ultima saptamana. Stabiliti o ordine a prioritatilor pentru fiecare punct. Eliminati in 25 si 75 la suta dintre articolele de pe lista. Replanificati programul acestei saptamani in conformitate cu activitatile ramase.<br />
4. Formati un grup de sustinere pentru "eliminarea tampeniilor" din program. ajutati-va reciproc in mentinrea concentrarii. Distrati-va!<br />
5. Nu raspundeti la email-uri prostesti.<br />
6. Reduceti numarul sedintelor la care participati la o treime.<br />
7 Lucrati de acasa o zi pe saptaman. Sau dintr-un parc din zona, sau de la Starbucks. Daca o reusiti pe asta veti simti cu adevarat o schimbare.<br />
8. Aueducati-va sa spuneti NU. Este dificil pentru multi dintre noi<br />
9. Recrutati-va seful, daca este posibil. Discutati despre Asipratiile Brandului Vostru Personal.<br />
10. Ganditi-va la modelul Alcoolicilor Anonimi (nu am gasit alt exemplu mai bun): Cate o zi pe rand. Asemenea renuntarii la un viciu, acest lucru (concentrarea maxima) necesita efort in fiecare ora.<br />

Cu bani multi exista riscul sa va indatorati si mai mult si astfel sa cadeti victima propriilor furnizori. In cele mai mult cazuri, istoria este de partea nostra (a celor fara bani). cele mai multe lucruri grozave- produse, companii si revolutii- is au originea in garaje si pivnite, in subsoluri reamenajate: sony, UPS, Marriott, Apple, HP, Pizza Hut, Microsoft, FedEx.<br />

Gantiti-va numai la bugetul lui Gandhi. Nu a creat decat cea mai mare democratie din lume.<br />

daca aveti un proiect WOW, strangeti voluntari. acum prin Voluuntarii difera in functie de proiect: pot si cei care va sustin ideea, cei care va testeaza produsul, cei care va asculta la o conferinta etc.<br />

Incercati pe cat posibil ca atunci cand aveti ceva de facut sa va descurcati cu mijloacele ce vi s-au dat si sa cautati singur altele noi. Nu va plangeti ca nu se poate realiza acel proiect. Transformati-l in ceva GROZAV folosind mijloacele date si dand o nota personala acestuia.<br />

Chiar daca sunteti tineri si pe pozitii de inceput puteti demonstra ca exista ceva GROZAV in munca voastra si le puteti arata celorlalti ca fara voi si fara veriga de care va ocupati proiectul general nu s-ar putea realiza.<br />

Daca Brandul Personal este legat de Proiectele WOW care va reprezinta...si este...atunci trebuie ca intr-un fel sa eliminati majoritatea lucrurilor care va atrag atentia si sa va concetrati asupra Proiectului Vostru WOW.<br />
Cunoastem cu toti oameni care vor sa invete parasutism, sa construiasca o casa, sa lanseze o afacere de vreme ce "au o clipa libera". Atunci cand va PASA, va FACETI timp...si daca asta inseamna sa le spuneti NU prietenilor, partenerului de viata, copiilor (uneori sunt necesare si sacrificiile) asta este!<br />

TIMPUL este tot ce avem. Am vrut sa intru intr-un magazin in aceasta dimineata care conform programului ar fi trebuit sa fie deschis. M-am enervat mai mult decat era necesar in cazul acestei mici scapari. Pana la urma Brandul Personal= Constientizarea Timpului/ O obsesie pentru timp.<br />

Cu cat depuneti mai mult efort cu atat veti avea mai multe beneficii.<br />

<i>Servicii clienti:</i> se refera la fidelizarea clientilor existenti. In fiecare zi trebuie sa va dedicati cel putin o ora in care sa va ocupati de clientii existenti.<br />

Cel mai mare obstacol in calea Brandului Personal se afla in mintea voastra. Inseamna sa invatati cum sa GANDITI INDEPENDENT. 3. Lucrurile pe care le-am invatat in ultimele 3 luni includ...............<br />

UN ABTIBILD CARE SA VA DESCRIE ESENTA<br />
Nu este simplu. Dar ganditi-va la politicienii americani care, tot timpul in campania electorala, au abtibilduri care pot contine cuvinte cheie, logo-uri inspirationale sau slogan-uri care ramana in mintea alegatorilor. Este un exercitiu important: "descrieti-va sub forma unui abtibild"<br />

Traim intr-o lume foarte agitata si aglomerata si important este sa urmarim ESENTIALUL.<br />
AVEM NEVOIE DE O IMAGINE!<br />
Oamenii "gandesc" vizual. O imagine face, intr-adevar, cat un milion de cuvinte, iar marile branduri de identifica deja cu imagini vizibile usor de recunoscut- Nike, Mcdonald's, Coca-Cola- imagini simple si puternice care stabilesc conexiuni cu consumatorii.<br />

deci cum arata brandul vostru personal? Va faceti remarcati sau pur si simplu va pierdeti in multime?<br />

Dar cati dintre noi se intreaba cam care ar fi salariul pe care il merita? Care este salariul din piata corespunzator pregatirii si experientei lor? Care sunt salariile din piata pentru posturile similare?<br />

Stiu. Este greu de dat un raspuns si asta pentru ca in ultimii 2 ani, din cauza contextului economic-aceasta criza in spatele careia se ascund ca in spatele unei cortine si isi motiveaza absenta de implicare cei implicati in procesul de recrutare, nu se mai pot face evaluari realiste asupra pietei resurselor umane. Un lucru este cert: salariile nu au crescut! Dar ce s-a intamplat cu oamenii? Au stagnat si eu din punct de vedere al acumularii de cunostinte? Au refuzat sa mai munceasca? Au refuzat sa mai gandeasca? NU!!!<br />

Sa facem un exercitiu. Sa incercam sa ne stabilim valoarea de piata.<br />

Ulterior voi reveni cu niste instrumente de evaluare a brandului personal: pentru ghidare (in cazul in care nu ati reusit sa stabiliti valoarea) sau pentru verificare (pentru a vedea cat de realisti ati fost).<br />
